Shipping & Returns
Orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 days of being placed. Shipping times will vary based on destination. Items are shipped via CanadaPost within Canada, and will transferred to local shipping agencies upon arrival in the destination country. Estimated shipping time is calculated by CanadaPost at checkout and should be added onto the 7-10 day processing time listed above.
Free Standard Shipping over $100
CanadaPost Domestic Expedited Parcel shipping will be automatically offered at time of checkout, free of charge, to orders totalling in excess of $100CAD, before taxes, duties, or shipping/handling charges, and after the application of other promotions or coupon codes. This promotion only applies to orders with Canadian destination. Other shipping options may still be available for selection at checkout at their standard rates.
Can I track my parcel?
Tracking numbers will be provided by email and/or SMS at time of order fulfilment, if available for the selected shipping option.
How are prints packaged?
All prints are carefully packaged in the most appropriate, environmentally friendly vehicle suitable for the size/value of said print. Most prints sized under 12x15" are packaged in rigid mailers envelops, resistant to water and bending. Larger prints are carefully wrapped, rolled, and placed in sturdy mailer tubes. Instructions for proper unrolling of these prints will be provided on the exterior of the print.
Returns and refunds
At this time, all products listed for sale at colinjmuise.com and associated sub-domains are considered final sale, and are not eligible for return or refund in partial or full. Limited exceptions are noted below.
My purchase was damaged on arrival
All prints are very carefully reviewed for flaws or defects, and subsequently packaged with care. If your print was damaged during shipping, claims may be brought to the attention of your postal carrier (eg: Canada Post). If you have reason to believe that your print was damaged or defective in someway prior to shipping, please direct your concerns to firstname.lastname@example.org.
I received the wrong item
Occasionally mistakes happen! If the items you've received do not match your order, in art piece or print size, please email email@example.com with your order details and an image of the artwork you received. If descrapancies exist, we will ship you the correct prints free of charge.
